At Electric Flex, every item is made to order—just for you. That means less waste for the planet and a product that’s created with purpose. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind.
Tip: Please double-check our size charts before ordering to make sure you get your best fit.
But don’t worry—we’ll always make things right if there’s a problem with your order.
What if I received something damaged or wrong?
We’ll make it right! We’ll replace or refund your order if:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

You received the wrong item.

Your order was lost in transit (based on carrier confirmation).

We'll contact you with an address for return and get you sorted out as soon as possible.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your method of payment.
