Every piece at Electric Flex is made to order—created just for you. That means production takes a little longer, but it also means less waste for the planet and gear with purpose.

How long does shipping take?
Most pieces ship out within 6–8 business days after your order is placed. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking info via email.

During peak times or special drops, production may take a little longer—we’ll keep you updated if there are delays. 

How much does shipping cost?
Economy Shipping is FREE for orders over $75!
Otherwise, our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. (but we're working on going global—stay tuned)

What if my package is Lost or Delayed?
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, reach out to us at electricflexinit[at]gmail.com and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
